Several molding processes of rubber products

1 molding
Molding is usually used to make some rubber products with complex shapes, such as leather cups and sealing rings. With the forming of yin and Yang molds, the rubber is placed in the mould and heated to form.
2 injection molding
Used for more complex rubber products, such as tire tread, hose, and wire surface coating need to be made by injection molding.
It is a method of continuous molding with a certain plastic mixed glue placed into the hopper of extruder and extruded under the screw, through various mouths, also called templates.
Before extrusion, the rubber must be preheated to make the rubber soft and easy to squeeze out to get smooth surface and accurate size of rubber products.
3 calendering
It is suitable for the manufacture of simple sheet and plate shaped products. It is a method called calendering for pressing a mixture of rubber into a certain thickness and a width of film through a calender.
Some textile products, such as tyres, plasters, hoses and so on, must be coated with a thin layer of glue, glued or glued on the fibers, and the gluing process is usually done on the calender.
Fiber material needs drying and dipping drying before calendering. The purpose is to reduce the moisture content of fiber material, so as to prevent water from bubbling and improve the temperature of fiber material, so as to ensure the quality of calendering process.
Soaking is a necessary process before hanging glue to improve the bonding properties of fiber materials and adhesives.
